HOUSE BILL NO. 93 am An Act relating to the duty-free                          
mealtime for teachers in certain school facilities was read the                
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee                  
Substitute offered on page 3240.  Senator Salo objected.                       
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the Health, Education and Social                    
Services Senate Committee Substitute be adopted?  The roll was

passage.  Senators Salo, Ellis objected.
